• Travel Package Value: $15,000
• Travel package is non refundable and subject to availability.
• Certificates or gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Passport is required for travel outside the United States.
• Reservations must be made at least 90 days in advance of travel.
• Apartments may be substituted with equal accommodations.
• Tours operate on specific days of the week and at specific times.
• If a tour is not available, it may be substituted with an equal or similar experience.
• Travel is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• A maximum of 10,000 tickets will be sold.
• Tickets are $50 each.
• All sales of raffle tickets are final and there will be no refunds.
• No limit on ticket purchases by one person.

• Need not be present to win.
• Grand prize winner must claim prize within 30 days of the event: on or before Sunday, May 17, 2026.
• By entering, winners consent to promotional use of their names and likeness without additional compensation.

FLPB maintains no control of the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assumes no responsibility for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which winners may experience by reason of:

1. Performance or nonperformance of prize; or
2. Wrongful, careless, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees, or on the part of any other party not under the control of FLPB.

FLPB shall in no event be liable for special or consequential damages arising from the use or ownership of any prizes. Participants hereby release FLPB from any such claims.

• LPB Board members and their immediate family, as well as employees of LPB and Friends of LPB and their immediate family, will not be eligible to participate in any raffles organized by Friends of LPB.

“Immediate Family” is defined as the spouse, parents, grandparents, great grandparents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This definition also includes individuals for whom an employee is the current legal guardian.

• Entry form must be filled out completely and submitted with payment.
• NO facsimiles or copies of entry forms will be accepted.
• Raffle begins Sunday, February 1, 2026.
• All electronic entries must be received by Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM to be eligible for the grand prize drawing.
• All mail-in entries must be received by Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to be counted in the grand prize drawing.
• The drawing will be held and the winner of the grand prize will be announced on Friday, April 17, 2026 on LPB's website and social media.

• Accepted forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks.
• Prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited if the ticket was issued in exchange for a check returned for “insufficient funds” or for a credit card charge deemed “declined,” “invalid,” or “stolen.”

• Winner is subject to all Federal and State income taxes and any other taxes payable due to acceptance of the prize and the law, regulations, procedures, rules and directives applicable to raffles.
• The IRS requires that taxes on prizes valued greater than $5,000 must be paid upon acceptance.
• Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional.
• The IRS has adopted the position that ticket prices are not deductible as a charitable donation for Federal income tax purposes.

• The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable.
• Friends of LPB is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization.
• All entries must include a valid email address. Friends of LPB is not responsible for any change of email address, email unsubscribed, mailing address or telephone number of an entrant.
• Entry purchasers providing the raffle with a valid email address will receive email confirmation.
• For all other entry purchasers, ticket confirmation will be mailed within thirty (30) business days of purchase.
• This is the only confirmation that will be provided.
• Friends of LPB shall not bear any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice due to a participant’s failure to maintain as current his or her contact information nor due to participant's unsubscribing from our emails.
• Friends of LPB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if unforeseen circumstances, fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the raffle.
• Friends of LPB is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to weather, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond its control.

By entering the raffle, the entrant agrees to receive periodic emails from Friends of LPB and/or Louisiana Public Broadcasting. Friends of LPB agrees not to sell nor to share information collected from entrants with third parties aside from Louisiana Public Broadcasting.
